The Best Frauds, Scams, and Big Company Cons in America Today |
| December Finale -- Government Fraud of the
Decade -- what a way to finish off 2000 -- the year the people's vote didn't matter! |
| THE U.S. GOVERNMENT has just told you that your votes don't
matter -- but how many people even realize
they've been defrauded? Our illustrious "new president" shows his true colors -- i.e. uses every legal device and underhanded trick to help him personally -- too bad if people everywhere are scammed, cheated, and robbed of their rights. What a wonderful way to start the new millennium -- blatant fraud and deceit -- it foretells the next 8 terrifying years under his dictatorship! |
| EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: Fraud by Denial of "Public Rights". Nature of Fraud: Make a face that people have the right to choose, but corrupt that intent, using underhanded tactics that rob people of knowing the truth and choosing their future. Also, by colluding with government bodies in the position to pervert the intent of the principles and justices that our country was built on. Background Principles: We hardly need to tell people that the United States was founded on the principles of justice, liberty, fairness and equality for all. That intent, of fleeing from a dictator's tyranny and oppression, is written all throughout the Declaration of Independence. At that time, it was England's last evil king -- but today, the concept of "tyranny and dictator" can take on a subtle form people don't see. Remember, in 1770, the majority of people didn't view England's ruler as a tyrannical dictator at that time either. Our Constitution Fixes It? So our Constitution fixed all that didn't it? Well, that's what we thought! But as the scam in Florida and the Supreme Court unfolded over the non-counting and miscounting of people's votes, we started looking into the details of the Constitution -- and the more we looked, the more horrified we became. Despite what we all believe (or believed), the U.S. Constitution DOES NOT specifically empower the popular vote of the people throughout the country to determine our next president. The implication might be there, depending on how you read it, but it does NOT specifically say that the people at large will vote to elect a president. Instead, it introduces the idea of "Electors", who have the deciding say on the president. Article II, section 1, calls for the choosing of "electors" throughout each state, thus: "Each state shall appoint . . . Electors [equal to its number of] Senators and Representatives . . . in Congress. The Electors shall vote by Ballot for two persons ..... and shall ..... make a list of all persons voted for, and of the Number of Votes for each; [which will decide who is to become the next President]."As you see, the public at large has been omitted from this process. But surely they meant for "Electors" to poll the votes of all the people in the state, and use that as the basis for deciding the president? Yes, that implication could be read into it, but it doesn't specifically SAY that, and therefore, lawyers and judges can use this as a cop out to say that "Electors" of each state can make their own decisions, by voting themselves for President -- they don't have to follow what their majority of constituents say. This is the greatest legal loophole in the Constitution. In effect it endorses "Electors" to be the cronies, or puppets, of Congressional Representatives, or anyone else in power in that state, to do the bidding of the person who dictates to them. Isn't that exactly what just happened in Florida? The Constitution provides an open doorway for powerful special interests to corrupt the process of deciding our leader! Congress wants the power: Note that the 1803 Congress had the opportunity to close this loophole that deprived people of the right to vote in their next president -- but they did NOT take it! Instead, their 12th Amendment reads: "The Electors shall ..... vote by ballot for President and Vice-President .... and shall make distinct lists of all persons voted for ..... and of the number of votes for each. The person having the greatest number of votes for President, shall be President, if such number be a majority of the whole number of Electors appointed".So instead of correcting the error(?), they continued to underscore the archaic concept of corruptible "Elector" delegates. They further reinforced it by saying that if there was no clear majority vote among "Electors", then the decision was left solely up to Congress itself to choose who became President. |

Core Issue: The crux of this issue is that we have ALL been led to believe, for more than a century, that the people's popular vote decides the President, but that is false. It is an outright public deception for the government to let people believe something that the government knows to be false -- in fact, legally, it's called perpetrating a fraud! But it has kept the masses quiet for more than 220 years, hasn't it? So it is very convenient to let people go on believing that their votes matter, when they don't. This stunning realization was almost more than we could handle -- to think that people have been deceived for so long! We went searching for evidence to refute it, but the more we looked, the more others confirmed this sour fact. (e.g., See Michael Dorf's article which is such an excellent summary, we preserved it on our server, in case it happens to "disappear" from FindLaw.com's server -- we respect FindLaw's copyright, and highly recommend their great site to the more legally inclined). No Constitutional Right to Vote: So we have uncovered the sickening truth that there IS NO Constitutional right to vote. It's just a silly little ritual that legislators have been letting the public go through, for centuries, to pacify them, make them think they are deciding -- but most important of all -- keeping the people out of Congress' hair, so THEY can run and rule the country, with the person whom THEY want their "Electors" to choose. That smacks of a dictatorship, for sure. It's revolting, it's repulsive, it's downright disgusting. If you are going to have a total monopoly over who you personally (i.e. the Senate and House Representatives of Congress) want in as President -- then fine, but at least have the honesty to tell the people that their vote is merely a token act to pacify them. Don't scam the public and let them believe that they have any say in the matter -- it's a lie, it's deception, and it's outright fraud to lead people on this way. After grasping this realization, we looked back at the Constitution with different eyes, and saw it to be a legal document telling Congress how to run and rule over the country, and how to keep total control over what happens, irrespective of what "the people" say. Sobering indeed to realize that our "founding document" has none of the high-sounding, high-ideals and noble-principles language of the Declaration of Independence. No, the Constitution is just a political document vesting power in Congress, not giving the freedoms and liberties to the people, as our forefathers had intended. Moreover, Congress has had 200 years to change this inequity, but has done nothing about it! |

Deception and Trickery: Obviously Bush and his lawyers knew this all along: that your say is irrelevant to choice of president. So he vigorously prosecuted his way through the court systems, using that legality against the people. Wherever he found courts agreeing with him, he laughed at his victory over competitors and people. But wherever a Court said "The people's voice should count", he went right over their heads to the U.S. Supreme Court, where he had partisan friends and political favoritism (not supposed to exist in courts) to support his personal cause -- to prosper himself, and cut down anyone challenging him. We sure hope this ruthless opportunist is the President you want, because it's sure-as-hell what you've got. While his attorneys feigned "wanting to know the true count", all along they knew the truth would kill Bush's chances. So with the truth stacked against them, how they got around it was to start playing legal tricks with the courts: get one to agree to one thing, then another to overrule and stop it. That way, you strangle the legal system by stalemate -- nothing can happen before the self-imposed deadlines. The whole deadline issue was another fraud perpetrated on the public and media. The Constitution says we have until April to decide. The great "urgency" was just another big scam to force a hasty decision for Bush! Time would have uncovered the truth, and they couldn't risk that. The poor gullible people of America, including the media, have all been totally hoodwinked by this huge fraud and series of lies perpetrated on the people, not just by Bush and his crafty lawyers, but also by Congress itself, in not telling people the whole truth. So the public now thinks they have the "most popular" president in office -- when in fact, they have merely a fighter who fought the toughest and dirtiest, to knock down his opponent, and win the battle for his own glory and ego. Way to go! What a smashing way to start the century! The most ruthless opportunist wins by foul play. Gore is to be faulted too, for not fighting harder to uncover the truth. But how could he, with the brainwashed and biased media opinions (which they falsely claim is "public opinion") stacked against him? |
|
Conclusion: Admit it -- you've been scammed by a sharp trickster, who has exposed his true colors -- he'll fight to the bitter end to get what benefits him personally, at the expense of the people, and in contempt of their "assumed right" to chose for themselves their next president. He knew you didn't have a hope of making your expectations "stick" with any court, especially the Supreme Court, where he has many Republican friends. He had nothing to lose and so much to gain. But by playing so dirty, he exposed the greatest fraud in America -- that the people have NO "right" to vote, and never have. Now keep in mind the hypocrisy of the situation -- Clinton did FAR, FAR less than Bush's dirty trick on the public, and almost got impeached for it. All Nixon did was try to learn about his opponents' dirty tricks, and HE DID get impeached for it. As sure as you're reading this, we guarantee you that Bush will get off totally scot-free with his magnificent fraud on the U.S. public. NO ONE but our site will ever call him to task for it. That is because the media has such a wonderful way of brainwashing Americans into believing what the media says. They won't call Bush to task -- they are all owned by huge conglomerates who desperately wanted Bush in -- who were afraid of Gore's disposition to help the common man, at the expense of the huge corporate monopolies that run the media, and the U.S. And naturally the Congress wanted Bush in, because they're now a majority of Republicans. The great partisan monopoly lives for another 8 years, while it dictates to the U.S. people. Did you know that Bush is the first Republican President in a long time to also have a Republican majority in Congress? Now there is no limiting whatever he can imagine to do! Wow! Weren't you fooled into thinking he would do what the people wanted? Sucker! He's the first Republican President in decades to have an "open ticket" to do whatever he wants, and he can now ignore you like you don't even exist! The media will always paint him in roses and absolve his sins, so you are totally powerless to do anything! |

| Principles Involved: Some people will say our analysis is biased, we are Democrat, and we hate Bush. Those people are totally wrong. We have NO partisan affiliation at all. This site objectively analyses and evaluates ALL public frauds for the intent and perfection of fraud against the public. Our only interest is in waking you up to companies and situations where you are being defrauded of your money and your rights. Had Gore done the dirty tricks on the American public that Bush did, we'd be just as critical and as willing to expose him as Bush. It is YOU people who need to wake up, that you are being defrauded by these fast, slick operators -- do something about it, if you can. It's easy to pass off the truth in this analysis as "just some biased opinion", because then you don't have to face the truth, or deal with it. That same apathy has caused Americans for more than 200 years to be scammed and defrauded wholesale by their government -- just sit by meekly, while they rip you off. When will you wake up? The other crucial thing we have not yet discussed is the extreme corruption of our highest court in the nation -- the U.S. Supreme Court -- who is supposed to remain totally objective and unbiased. Someone needs to seriously take them to task -- maybe even impeach them -- for their disgusting display of partisan prejudice they showed in this great 2000 election fiasco. Never before had the Supreme Court interfered in the choice of President or our political future -- and now they are guilty of corrupting the future by their own personal prejudices. How so? Wake Up! The big Republicans on the Court all supported Bush's ridiculous claim of "irreparable harm", and knew full well that their stay would kill all chances of the truth of the voting being known. And the Democrats opposed it. What more proof do you need that the Supreme Court is just as deeply divided as Congress is over this childish, partisan political bickering that has obsessed modern politics? |

| Action? It would be nice to say you have a hope of making any change to the dictatorial monopoly that has been put in place in America for the next terrifying 8 years of no-growth. But we'd be lying if we said you had any hope of making a change. Bush has the total monopoly he so desperately sought to get, no Congressional groups are powerful enough to stand up against his majority, and you poor suckers, who were so easily deceived, have NO HOPE of being smart enough to fight such a crafty fox. When you add to that the facts that Bush's father has worked for some of the largest drug monopolies in the country, and still has ties to them, Bush junior jumps to the call of big corporate pressure from such towering "giants" as Microsoft, AT&T, and 100 other mega-conglomerates throughout the U.S. -- can you appreciate why we are trying to warn you? Get set for a full 8 years of monopolistic, big company extortion of the public -- you will be cheated, scammed, ripped, thieved, burgled, raped, persecuted and prosecuted by every big company in the U.S. who can successfully manipulate Bush. Customer avenues for complaints, which are often effective at mitigating consumer fraud -- the FTC and other agencies -- under Bush, will become a TOTAL FARCE! You will have absolutely ZERO say in stopping or limiting the power of any big company to defraud you. These agencies will be staffed by puppets who do nothing to help you, just "placate" you with trite euphemisms and lies. Congratulations to all those who voted for Bush. You obviously never thought of the consequences as a consumer did you? Now you and all others have to suffer the strangling, stifling consequences of your thoughtless act. How easily you were deceived! How easily you will now be defrauded. If we knew of a solution, we would tell you -- but there is none -- because people are too apathetic to act. |

Resolution: Although we have no resolution to this public dilemma, someone else does. The fundamental legal problem is that there IS NO HIGHER appeal body in the U.S. to appeal to, but the Supreme Court -- and when they are found to be biased and prejudiced against the public because of their partisan affiliations -- where else can you go? We had no answers, but when a group of lawyers told us that they had a solution, we were ALL ears! That solution is presented on the following page, exactly as they prepared and submitted it -- with names withheld, to protect them from reprisal and spite. We were amazed at their solution, because, under an objective and impartial government, presidency, court system, and a fair Congress, it WOULD work. It is innovative and unique. Read it to follow. After reading it, if you want to read our analysis of its effect, link from that page to our analysis page. Read the only resolution we know of to this country-wide public dilemma. |
