The Best Frauds, Scams, and Big Company Cons in America Today
Our Commentary on Major U.S. Government Class-Action Suit.
YOU READ IT ON THE PREVIOUS PAGE.  WILL IT WORK, OR WILL AMERICANS SIT BACK ONCE AGAIN IN APATHY, CRYING THAT THEY CAN'T DO ANYTHING, WHILE BIG MONOPOLIES DICTATE TO THEM?

Don't kid yourself -- the new Bush administration IS a big monopoly.
Core Issue:

We looked into the legalities of the Suit you just read on the previous page. Most people are not aware that the President can declare an emergency situation of national importance, and overrule ANY decision in the country, including unfair manipulation of the outcome of a crucial election by the U.S. Supreme Court. The term "state of emergency" doesn't necessarily have to mean a threat to national security, like a war -- it can simply mean that, under the current events and circumstances, there is reasonable cause to believe that the country as a whole, and its people in particular, have been deprived of some option for their future by some big fraud, scam, cover up, or scheme to rob people of their rights and freedom of choice.

All those things have come to pass with the current election scam of Bush and his henchmen. Therefore, much to our surprise, we found that the principle was legally sound, and there HAS been precedent in the past to declare such emergencies, and overrule major decisions, even Congressional ones, when the President deemed it in the best interests of the American people.

Will He or Won't He?

Will President Clinton step into the issue, overrule the U.S. Supreme Court, and stop Congress' vote count now going on, using the paid-off and bought-out "Electorate" scheme that Congress has been scamming the public with for more than a century? This is the burning question of 2000!

OF COURSE HE WON'T ! Clinton doesn't have the guts to do it.  If he did such an aggressively outrageous but valid action, it would assure Clinton's place in the hall of fame for the greatest strategic maneuvers of all time -- but he simply doesn't have the guts to pull it off.  He's far too meek a person -- as evidently was Gore, who should have fought harder to uncover the truth -- to stand up against a mean, spiteful, selfish egotist like Bush. Gore himself said that Bush was always spiteful and snappy, and we all could see this during the election debates, where Bush flat-out ignored every question and challenge that Gore threw at him. Bush set the clear example for his entire presidency -- he will simply flat-out IGNORE EVERYONE who says anything against him. He will do whatever he wants.

So Clinton could do this, but he has only 12 days left to do it -- he can still make that decision right up to the 31st December, 2000 -- but he is just too afraid to do it -- at least, that is OUR prediction on the issue. Clinton has tried far too hard to keep out of the election battle. He was so concerned about being accused of partisan influence, that he abstained from interference, even to the point where he should have, for the sake of the country. Obviously, he's been burned enough by personal slander, and doesn't want to take any more heat for anything, least of all influencing the election toward his own Vice President. So justice is compromised ONCE AGAIN by partisan political allegiances.

Do you get the Message?

Have you got the message yet? Childish partisan political allegiances -- Republican or Democrat -- have become a total obsession throughout America today, as if it was a big "religious" commitment to one or another crucial path -- Heaven or Hell. The rift between Republican and Democrat "beliefs" and bickering is so overpowering, that it has blinded almost all "Republicans" to how much irreparable damage Bush will do to the country's future in the next 8 years. It has also blinded Republicans and Democrats to the fact that their partisan bickering is tearing the country apart. It's time that people STOPPED voting for "parties" and started voting for intelligent leaders. Had this happened, Bush's votes would be right down at the bottom with Nader's -- in the class of self-serving egotists who put their personal glory ahead of the well being of our country and it's people!

Supreme Court Corruption:

If you read the Supreme Court's statements of their biased partisan attitudes for Bush and against Gore, you could easily see through the hypocrisy of their decisions. They repeatedly referred to "issues and expectations" commonly accepted by people and legal judgments in the past, when they wanted to find evidence for Bush and against Gore.  In fact, legal precedents using the "common expectations" were the basis for some Supreme Court members' arguments to justify their prejudiced decision for Bush -- trying to hide the fact that their "Republican" bias was the real deciding factor.

However, it has been a "common and reasonable expectation of the people" in the U.S. for more than 100 years that the votes of the people INDEED DO count toward election of our next president. So if the Supreme Court wasn't so hypocritical or two-faced in their judgement, they would have also used this argument equally with others to say: "Because it is also a common expectation of the people that their own votes count in a decision, we are obligated to respect that expectation of the people."

BUT NO WAY! They were not going to concede anything on a fair and equal footing. So instead of being objective, they proved their bias conclusively by siding and agreeing with Bush's arguments, that the votes of the people have NO bearing on choice of the next president. That was the final concluding straw -- at least so we thought -- to prove that 55% (the majority) of the Supreme Court were so prejudiced by their partisan political affiliations, they couldn't STAND seeing Gore get in.

Confirmation:

Little did we realize that the lawyers who prepared the suit on the previous page, had done their homework a LOT better. They had actually accumulated evidence -- public written documents and other evidence -- that Republican Members of the Supreme Court openly expressed horror and infuriation, in a public setting, when they thought Gore would win the election (when Florida was first going to Gore, before the Florida Governor and Secretary of State started tampering with the ballot counts, to rig them for Bush). They wanted to be SURE Republicans would succeed them in the Supreme Court when they retired, not Democrats, and they were outraged that Gore might get in.

With this stunning evidence, it wouldn't surprise us at all if some of the Supreme Court members were involved in telling Bush's brother and Florida accomplices to rig the vote count, so Bush got in.  If we saw an impeachment of the U.S. Supreme Court members who showed such bias and bigotry, and the truth could ever be revealed -- which we doubt, because it has been so well hidden by so many powerful interests so high up in the Government -- it would not surprise us at all to see a ring of graft and corruption to rig the elections, that extended throughout the Republican leaders of our country.

Clearly, if political bias and prejudice can so easily corrupt the future of our country and the ability of "the people" to decide it -- but you are still not convinced -- then surely this same corruption in the U.S. Supreme Court should convince you!  It is supposed to be the highest, most impartial, most fair, and most objective, decision-making body in the country ..... and now we see that they too are torn apart -- not based on intelligent choices for intelligent people -- but on childish partisan prejudices and political bigotry.  If they too can be so corrupted, then WHAT A TOTAL FARCE OUR LEGAL SYSTEM HAS BECOME IN AMERICA!

Bush gets the final screw on you:

But if you think there will be any justice happen to clean up the act of the Supreme Court, you are so foolishly gullible.  Bush has the final screw on you there too!  Because he now has a total monopoly in Congress and can dictate to them whatever he wants, he will replace all those retiring Supreme Court "justices" not only with a whole new slew of his henchmen, but he will also eliminate from the Supreme Court all those people (except maybe a token one) who opposed him in the current election fiasco.

So he gets the final screw on you now, no matter what happens, and will totally stack the deck in his favor -- so much so, that it will take two more decades to get all the old Bush cronies out of their monopolistic stranglehold on the country and its economy. Anyone who can't see this is blind!

SUMMARY:

With Bush in power for the next 8 years (they all get in for 8 years now), the following will happen:

  1. You will have absolutely NO SAY to limit the power of any big company monopoly in the U.S. trying to dictate to you, or FORCE you to live by their one-sided unilateral demands.
  2. All the corruption in the big drug monopolies -- how they are pushing unsafe drugs on the public as "everyday prescriptions," and colluding with companies to deprive people of choice -- you will have absolutely NO HOPE of limiting their dictatorial power. Bush's father is their constant liaison, hence they will have the U.S. public dancing to their every call.
  3. The large digital and software monopolies in the U.S. -- the Microsofts, AT&Ts, the big Telco scam operators, and any large conglomerate with political power, will be free to force you to legally agree to whatever dictatorial demands they dream up.
  4. Any big company with enough political pull to influence Bush's Congressional cronies will be able to permanently stop any public or class action you may try to take against them.
  5. Consumers will once again become the pawns of big dictatorial monopolies with their hands in Bush's pockets -- he will do anything that benefits him and them, and to hell with the people in America -- because this has been his proven pattern of actions in Texas for years!
  6. The public will have almost NO HOPE of limiting the power of monopolies who want to suck the public for all they can, and promise nothing of substance in return. This was starting to turn around under Clinton. Under Gore, the public would have much more say in limiting what they pay for bad products and services, and where their liabilities with companies end.
Happy next 8 years people, being defrauded as consumers, left right and center, by any big company who has political pull with the government. You were all so stupid NOT to be able to see this coming (at least the fools who voted for Bush) -- and you probably deserve every fraud that hits you.

However, this site will continue to report the frauds and scams that are dreamed up daily in America, with the fervent hope that one day -- maybe just one day -- the American people will finally wake up to how they are being scammed, abused and mistreated.

If there were NO legal consumer protection against such corporate fraud, it would be another issue entirely. But there IS such protection in U.S. laws, and since there is, it should be followed. This site will therefore serve as a reminder of how the political farce that some of you call an "Administration" is simply making total asses of you, while they laugh all the way to the bank with your money.

THAT IS OUR OPINION. If you don't like it, or disagree with it, fine ..... but let time be the judge as to who is right and wrong. Why not revisit these thoughts in another 8 years and see how many of them have proven to be EXACTLY correct, and how few of them were off base.

We believe that the next 8 years will be some of the worst in U.S. history for consumer fairness and "equity". We believe that Bush, in his incredible ignorance, blindness, and selfishness, will let the U.S. slip as a world leader in technology and leading trends, just like his ignorant father did. All the promise of keeping America at the technological forefront of the world that COULD have happened under the lead of Gore, who at least understood what modern technology was -- all that will be lost under Bush.

So get set for a decade of scamming, and having all the good old boy's monopoly struggle along for another 8 agonizing years, while our economy goes down relative to the rest of the world. Then, after the public has realized that their apathy in not acting has cost them another decade of loss, they will try to win it all back again -- just so they can get back to where we are today, technologically -- but a decade too late!  It's blind, it's stupid, and it's counterproductive to progress and to the everyday consumer. It's called "Good Old Boy Politics" and you've let yourself fall right back in the middle of it.

GOOD LUCK TRYING TO KEEP YOUR HEAD ABOVE THE SCAMS THAT WILL ENSUE!
